• Providing high-quality technical support and customer service to internal teams and external customers, including Branch Managers, Internal Sales, Account Managers, and wider business functions.
• Understanding customer requirements and engineering value by recommending equivalent or alternative products across multiple manufacturers, balancing performance, availability, and cost.
• Interpreting and communicating technical information across a broad product range, including split systems, multi-split systems, VRF, ventilation, heat pumps, and controls, coordinating technical resources and sharing product knowledge clearly with sales teams and colleagues.
• Ensuring accurate, timely product selection and technical advice in line with agreed turnaround times.
• Working collaboratively with technical colleagues and sales teams to develop strong product and technical propositions.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key suppliers while staying up to date with industry developments.
• Supporting ad hoc projects and contributing to working groups as required.

• Solid experience within the Air Conditioning Industry.
• Strong fundamental Air Conditioning knowledge with a technically minded approach.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving ability with a practical, solutions‑focused mindset.
• Organised, self‑reliant, and comfortable working independently.
• Good commercial awareness and the ability to support sales conversations.
• Confident using Google Suite and handling administrative tasks.
