We're looking for a Application Support Analyst to join our dynamic Sage IT team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about technology, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional support for business-critical applications. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong SQL and Dynamics skills, we want to hear from you!

This role is based from our Northampton office on a hybrid contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support for key business applications (ERP, CRM, Document Management, Customer Portal).
  • Administer and configure applications to meet business needs.
  • Resolve issues and manage change requests efficiently.
  • Assist with deployments, testing, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Deliver user training and maintain accurate documentation.
About you
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with third-party vendors.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Adaptable, coachable, and eager to learn new technologies.
Technical experience
  • Strong SQL query writing and MS SQL Server management experience.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (MS Dynamics).
  • Familiarity with Document Management Systems (MS SharePoint).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
