Digital plays a critical role in how we build brand, engage our community and drive growth across D2C, professional and B2B channels. We are looking for a Performance & Digital Marketing Manager to own and lead our digital performance strategy end-to-end.

This role oversees all digital channels, CRM and community output, ensuring strong execution, clear insight and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role, based at our Northampton headquarters, working closely with the Head of Business Development & Marketing, the wider marketing team, e-commerce, sales and external partners. What youll do:
Own the digital performance strategy across all channels, aligning brand, community and commercial objectives Lead day-to-day management of all social and community channels, ensuring content is timely, engaging and on-brand Build and manage the weekly publishing schedule and content calendar
