The Role
As a Test Analyst specialising in Microsoft Dynamics at Sage Homes, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Dynamics 365 implementations across Customer Service, Field Service and Sales modules. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test cases, plans, and strategies, including the set‑up and maintenance of a test automation framework. The Test Analyst is based in our Northampton office 3 days per week and 2 days remotely if required.
Responsibilities- Developing comprehensive test strategies and maintaining detailed test documentation.
- Performing functional, regression and integration testing for Dynamics 365 modules.
- Staying updated on Dynamics 365 developments and sharing best practices with the team.
- Mentoring team members and driving improvements in testing processes and methodologies.
- Supporting API testing using tools like Postman and ensuring effective defect management.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, particularly Customer Service, Field Service and Sales.
- Proven experience in setting up and maintaining test automation frameworks for Dynamics applications.
- Proficiency in test management tools and test automation platforms.
- Solid understanding of database concepts and ability to write SQL queries for validation.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
