We're looking for a System Administrator who can manage and optimise our Time and Attendance, Incident Management, and Accounting software, critical tools that keep our business moving. In this role, you'll maintain systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements that make a real difference to our teams and residents.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Person Specification Qualifications
  • To succeed in this role, you should have a proactive approach and a commitment to excellence. You should be confident in troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues, and be familiar with Time & Attendance and/or Accounting software (experience with Incident Management systems is a plus). Knowledge of Power BI would be an advantage. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of best practices in system administration and data security.
