SEO & Website Content Coordinator

Northampton - office based during probation, and then hybrid.

£28,000 - £33,000

We're looking for an SEO & Website Content Coordinator to join a growing E-commerce business in Northampton.

As part of the marketing team, you'll conduct regular audits, keyword research, on-page optimisation, and content improvements that drive revenue and organic traffic growth. As you develop in the role, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of SEO projects and campaigns independently across a group of six B2B ecommerce websites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and implement SEO strategies.
  • Run regular technical audits and support CMS maintenance to ensure sites are crawlable, indexable, fast, and commercially optimised.
  • Conduct keyword research and mapping to prioritise high-impact product, category, and landing page opportunities.
  • Optimise on-page elements including metadata, content, internal linking, and site structure, with a clear focus on improving revenue, conversion rates, and traffic.
  • Use tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Neuron Writer, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console to identify opportunities and inform optimisation.
  • Collaborate with wider teams to align SEO with CRM marketing and link-building activity.
  • Support with content creation and email copy.
  • Website/product updates

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in SEO
  • Experience working within E-commerce
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Neuron Writer (or similar platforms)
  • Strong copywriting skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proactive, positive attitude with a genuine passion for SEO and continuous improvement.
