Onsite Planning Executive

Reed Talent Solutions is hiring in Midlands Super Hub for an Onsite Planning Executive on a fixed‑term contract until May 2027 to support one of our key clients.

Shift pattern: 13:30–22:30, five days per week, Monday to Friday. Weekend rotation every three weeks includes Saturday and Sunday for a five‑day working week.

• Managing Angard staff on‑site
• Handling queries from workers and clients
• Working closely with our centralised delivery and deployment teams
• Identifying and helping to resolve gaps in deployment
• Maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders on‑site
• Working as part of a close‑knit onsite team to ensure a high standard of service

• Understanding of the working environment
• Strong experience working directly with clients and stakeholders
• Experience working as part of a diverse and multi‑functional team
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems and software
