IT Helpdesk Manager​/IT Manager

This is a newly created position for an experienced IT Manager to lead a small but busy IT helpdesk team. This role is 5 days a week in the Northampton office and pays up to £50,000, plus up to a 15% bonus.

To be considered for this position, you will have a solid IT support background as well as team management experience.

Leading a small team of 1 st & 2 nd line Helpdesk Support Analysts, you will be both hands-on with resolving tickets and managing the team. The ideal candidate will have the following skills & experiences:

• Windows 11, Office 365, Intune & Azure AD
• Ticket management & escalation
• Team management, training & mentoring, 121's & KPI's
• Best Practice policies, documentation standards & SLA's
• 3 rd line escalations around infrastructure support, improvements & maintenance

Based on the outskirts of Northampton, this role is 5 days a week in the office. In return for hard work and dedication they are offering a salary of up to £50,000 + up to 15% bonus.
