As a QA Engineer
, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality software by working closely with the QA Engineering Manager and wider technology teams. You’ll be part of a collaborative, in-house QA function, contributing to testing across modern cloud-based platforms.

Negotiable - Wolverhampton, Tewkesbury, Norwich
Hours:
Full Time - 37 hpw Mon‑Fri
Contract:
Permanent
- Designing and executing test plans and test cases based on product and technical requirements
- Performing both manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and API layers
- Building and maintaining scalable automation frameworks
- Supporting functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
- Running performance and load testing
, analysing results, and identifying optimisation opportunities - Logging, tracking, and prioritising defects, ensuring timely resolution
- Embedding testing in CI/CD pipelines and promoting best QA practices
- Collaborating closely with developers, product teams, and Dev Ops
- Driving continuous improvement and innovation in QA processes
- Experience in a QA role with test automation
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Azure Dev Ops, Jenkins, or Git Hub
- Hands‑on experience with API testing tools (e.g. Postman)
- Programming/scripting knowledge in at least one language (Python, JavaScript, Type Script, Java, or C#)
- Understanding of performance testing tools (e.g. JMeter, Gatling, or similar)
- ISTQB or similar QA certification
- Cloud certifications (AWS / Azure)
- Competitive salary
