A high calibre IT Services Manager/IT Manager is required by our global engineering client, who are willing to pay 75K + benefits for the privilege. They have built a brand‑new team and now need an IT Services Manager experienced in high‑pressure, fast‑paced environments, working with IT & engineering professionals and managing change control in dynamic IT departments.

Essential for this role is ITIL v3 Expert level in Service Operation and a proven track record of introducing ITIL v3 into previous environments.

As the IT Services Manager, communication is key. You must be autonomous, accountable and take ownership – hands‑on, pragmatic leaders are required.

Responsibilities include the Service management function: technology, process & procedures, line management (sickness, holidays, recruitment etc.) and toolsets.
