The role
At its core, this role is about developing and improving Shoosmiths' mandatory learning portfolio - for colleagues across the firm and for our external clients. That means well-crafted, legally compliant, up-to-date eLearning that people can actually engage with, not just complete.
You’ll also work closely with our LMS specialist to continuously improve how learning is delivered and discovered on our platform (Docebo) - enhancing the user experience, sharpening content structure, and making it easier for every colleague to find the learning that matters to them.
But there's a bigger picture too.
We're on a journey to move away from heavy, course-based learning towards something more modern - resources, that colleagues pull towards them because they're genuinely useful. You’ll be a key part of making that shift happen, working alongside subject matter experts and stakeholders to challenge the brief, bring a user‑centred perspective, and help redefine what learning looks like at Shoosmiths.
If you're ready to own something, shape something, and leave it better than you found it - we'd love to hear from you.
