Bright Horizons is seeking a 1st Line IT Support Analyst to join our UK IT Service Desk. Based in Northampton with hybrid working, you will handle first-line tickets for over 300 nursery locations and staff, resolving issues or escalating as needed.
You should be proficient with Office 365, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and have a methodical, customer‑facing approach. Training and support will be provided, and travel to sites may be required from time to time.
