Position:
Scanning & Cataloguing Assistant (shift pattern 2:30 pm – 11 pm, Monday to Friday).
- Prepare items for scanning and rebuild files after scan.
- Input data accurately.
- Use our scanning technology, including the physical scanner and support software.
- Complete scanning log sheets in conjunction with daily work.
- Perform manual indexing duties so documents are searchable for customers.
- Reconcile files post‑digitisation.
- Assist management to ensure jobs comply with instructions, procedures, and client contracts.
- Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, housekeeping, and information/data security standards.
- Work directly with the on‑site client team regarding daily tasks.
- Conduct 100% quality assurance for some jobs and meet the BS10008:2014 quality standard.
- Identify improvements or efficiencies using initiative.
- Support other areas of the business as required.
- Comply with all company policies and data protection legislation, protecting sensitive information and respecting rights under the law.
- Report potential or actual security, environmental, or health and safety incidents to your line manager or the OASIS Compliance team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage own workload and take control of indexing jobs.
- Adaptive to working with different teams.
- Positive and proactive attitude.
- Diligent and dependable.
- Adhere to timelines and meet project deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
