Howes Percival is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our IT Team based in Northampton or Leicester with travel to other offices across sites. The role covers first and second line IT support, basic diagnosis and routine maintenance for staff, partners and consultants.
The successful candidate will log calls, assist with software installation, manage hardware inventories, and help secure networks and devices, including MFA and backup procedures. Travel to multiple offices is required.
