This full-time, permanent role operates a 4 on/4 off shift pattern, 10:00-22:00 with weekends 09:00-21:00, delivering first-line IT support across the site to keep hardware, software and systems running smoothly. You'll handle on-site IT equipment installation and maintenance, manage support tickets, assist with updates and projects, and provide performance reporting to improve service and operational efficiency.
