This role will work initially from our high performing National Distribution Site in Northampton, moving to a brand-new healthcare facility owned by CEVA Logistics in Rockingham Park, Corby which will be opening in 2027.

Responsible for working within a cross-functional team to drive customer onboarding and implementations, map development, testing, and deployment. Additionally, the Senior EDI Analyst will also lead/support key initiatives, identify key process improvements, and review/revise/draft mapping and specification documents.

• Working collaboratively to drive rapid onboarding execution within a fast-paced global organization.
• Lead and/or support the development of key EDI initiatives.
• Identify and implement key process improvements and technical skill development opportunities.
• Ensure data standards are industry-compliant and align with applicable regulations (e.g. HIPAA, DSCSA) and adhere to Baxter privacy and security policies.
• Collaborate with IT business partners, suppliers, and customers on key business initiatives and projects, and liaising with key stakeholders.
• Support a workplace culture of continuous improvement (Lean 6 Sigma, Kaizen).

Intern or Co-op Multi-Lingual, Excellent English-language skill Strong understanding of European e-commerce data exchange standards and regulations (Peppol BIS, EDIFACT, GDPR, EN 16931, VAT / ViDA, UN/CEFACT CII, XML/UBL, X12) Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional, global teams and external partners. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and complete documentation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5-7 years experience in EDI, with a minimum of 1 year of customer service/customer facing experience
• Strong knowledge of EDI standards, such as Peppol BIS, EDIFACT, GDPR, EN 16931, ViDA, and UN/CEFACT CII, XML/UBL, X12
• Experience with EDI software and EDI mapping tools,
• Experience with European EDI/E-commerce standards including, UN/EDIFACT, Peppol BIS, ViDA (VAT in the Digital Age), EN 16931 (e-invoicing), UN/CEFACT CII, CIUS (Core Invoice Usage Specs, XRechnung, Factur-X)
