Delighted to be partnering once again with a leading global organisation that is seeking an experienced Insurance Manager to play a pivotal role in protecting the organisation's assets and supporting its international operations. This is a rare opportunity to step into a highly visible, globally-focused position where you will shape, strengthen and optimise insurance programmes across multiple jurisdictions.
The roleWorking closely with the Global Head of Insurance, in a highly autonomous role you will lead strategic initiatives to enhance coverage, refine insurance lines and advise senior leaders worldwide on complex matters including policy interpretation, claims, contractual risk and emerging exposures.
You will collaborate across Legal, Finance, Risk and country leadership teams, acting as a trusted advisor on all insurance-related matters and ensuring the organisation is protected across diverse and complex operational environments.
The role also involves close engagement with regional and global leadership boards, where you will provide expert guidance on claims strategy and risk mitigation. In addition, you will negotiate confidently with brokers and insurers to secure robust, cost-effective protection, fostering strong, long-term relationships with key external partners.
About youThis role suits an experienced insurance professional with strong knowledge of PI, PL, cyber and D&O, gained in claims, underwriting, broking or an in-house insurance function within construction, engineering or professional services.
ACII (or equivalent) is preferred, alongside the capability to analyse claims data, support project-specific insurance procurement, monitor emerging risks and drive continuous improvement across a complex, international insurance environment.
