A well-established and forward-thinking law firm in Northampton is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its growing team.

The work coming into the teamis high quality, interesting and varied and including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience as a Residential Conveyancer in your current or previous roles. You should be able to handle transactions from start to finish. You will be friendly and personable in nature in order to fit into the existing team and to be able to ensure a high level of service to clients in maintained at all times

The salary for this role will be dependant on experience but will be towards the top end of market rate. In addition to this you can expect 26 days annual leave, private healthcare and generous pension.
