Personal Injury Solicitor

We are seeking an organised and proactive solicitor to join our close-knit team. Work is sourced firm-wide, offering exposure to a broad range of personal injury matters.

You will handle personal injury claims including:

• Accidents at work (excluding industrial disease)
• Public liability (trips, slips, falls)
• Road traffic accidents (excluding whiplash-only)
• Clinical negligence (excluding therapists or non-physical injury cases)
• Inquests and defendant/uninsured claims.

Additional work may include shock cases, group actions, foreign jurisdiction matters, product liability, COVID cases, CICA claims, and industrial disease cases.

• Minimum 2 years PQE in personal injury
• Proficient with:
  Claim management software, Claims Portal, AskMID, Ask Cue, Med Co, ELTO, Court Portal, High Court Portal
• Excellent organisational, communication, and caseload management skills
