SALARY: £Dependent on experience

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Banking Solicitor to join an established team who act for a variety of clients including corporates and lenders on a variety of financing transactions such as real estate finance, asset-based lending and leverage finance. Playing an active role in advising across a range of banking matters, the appointed Banking Solicitor will be working with experienced colleagues who are well known for their advice in this sector.

Applications are welcomed from Banking Solicitors with at least 2 years' experience in dealing with a variety of banking related matters. You will have a solid understanding of banking and finance related matters and possess the ability to build strong client relationships and work collaboratively within a team. Excellent technical and drafting skills are a must for this role.
