Overview: An opportunity has arisen to join a progressive team where you can build an exciting long-term career.

Responsibilities: Managing a busy caseload covering standard sales and purchases, Landlord and Tenant work, and some development work.

Experience: Knowledge of Acquisition and Disposals, Development, Leases, Pension Property Purchases, Planning, Environmental, and Construction work, along with Residential Development and Property Finance, would be advantageous.

Skills: Outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work well within a team, and meet tight deadlines are essential.
