Residential Conveyancer - Northampton
A well-established and forward-thinking law firm in Northampton is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its growing team.
Job OverviewThe work coming into the team is high quality, interesting and varied, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions.
Responsibilities- Handle residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish.
- Maintain a high level of service to clients and fit into the existing team.
- Salary towards the top end of market rate, dependent on experience.
- 26 days annual leave.
- Private healthcare.
