Court of Protection Solicitor, 2+ PQE – Northampton

The Legal 500 rated team is looking for a Court of Protection Solicitor to undertake a varied caseload of matters and support the team's ongoing growth plans. You will manage your own caseload, take client instructions, issue and act in proceedings and supervise fee earners depending on experience. Responsibilities include preparing court of protection applications and dealing with the day‑to‑day financial affairs of Court of Protection clients, visiting clients in their home and care setting.

At least 2 years of experience managing your own caseload of court of protection matters. Strong organisational and interpersonal skills with a caring and understanding approach. Capable of working independently, handling a full and varied caseload, while benefiting from strong internal support, clear career progression pathways and a positive team culture.
