Residential Conveyancer - Northampton / Hybrid Working

Fantastic opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to join this leading regional firm who are rated highly in the Best Companies to work for.

• Managing residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion
• Sales and purchases for freehold and leasehold transactions
• Remortgages, transfers of equity and new builds
• Advising clients on legal matters related to property transactions
• Drafting letters and legal documents
• Liaising directly with other parties with enquiries
• Undertaking searches with Local Authority, Land Registry etc

• Excellent communication skills
• Experience of remortgages, transfer of equity, buy to let, New Build and leasehold properties
• Strong knowledge of property law, conveyancing and AML processes
• Good organisation and time management abilities
• Team player
