Onsite Executive

Job Summary

Reed Talent Solutions is hiring for an Onsite Planning Executive to join our Service Delivery team at the Northampton Distribution Centre. The role begins on 28 September and is a fixed‑term contract until December 2026.

Shift pattern: 21:30 – 06:30, 5 days a week (Monday – Friday).

• Manage Angard staff on‑site.
• Handle queries from workers and clients.
• Work closely with our centralised delivery and deployment teams.
• Identify and help resolve gaps in deployment.
• Maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders on‑site.
• Work as part of a close‑knit onsite team to ensure a high standard of service.

• Experience working onsite in a warehousing, logistics or distribution environment.
• Strong experience working directly with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse and multi‑functional team.
• Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems and software quickly.
