We're looking for a Transport Administrator to join our busy and friendly transport team in Northampton. If you're organised, enjoy solving problems, and like being part of a fast-moving operation, we'd love to hear from you!

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting the daily transport operation
• Briefing drivers before they head out and debriefing them when they return
• Monitoring deliveries and helping resolve any issues on the road
• Updating transport systems and completing daily reports
• Communicating with drivers, customers and colleagues
• Helping ensure deliveries are on time and running smoothly

What we’re looking for:

• Strong organisation skills
• Confident using computers and Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills
• A proactive and positive attitude
• Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• A team player who can also work independently
