Thisisn'ta programme whereyou'llspend two years sitting in meetings or shadowing others. From day one,you'llbe given real responsibility, leading teams, solving problems and helping our operations deliver for customers. Over the two-year programme,you'll complete three eight-month placements across our UK operations, gaining experience in both warehouse and transport leadership roleswhilstdevelopingvaluablehands on experience neededfor a successful career with XPO.
