This is a full-time, Field-based position working throughout the Midlands, primarily based in Northamptonshire, for a Rapid Response Cleaner. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in emergency and temporary accommodations. Key responsibilities include cleaning and sanitising accommodations after each use, performing minor maintenance tasks, restocking necessary supplies, and ensuring all housing units meet hygiene and safety regulations. Exceptional attention to detail and efficiency in responding to cleaning requests are essential to succeed in this role.

• Prior experience in cleaning and sanitization, with a focus on attention to detail
• Ability to perform minor maintenance work and address basic facility needs
• Strong time management skills to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work professionally with clients
• Knowledge of health, hygiene, and safety regulations
• Flexibility to work as part of a team or independently
• Valid driver's license is required for travel between accommodation sites
