Site Supervisor And Lettings Manager

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Site Supervisor to join our school team. This is a key role responsible for ensuring the school site is safe, secure, clean, and fully operational at all times.

• Opening and securing the school site each day
• General site supervision and security
• Carrying out routine health & safety checks
• Basic maintenance and minor repairs
• Porterage duties and room set‑ups for school activities and events
• Ensuring the premises remain safe, clean, tidy, and operational

• Good practical maintenance skills
• An understanding of health & safety procedures
• The ability to work independently and use initiative
• A flexible and positive approach to work
• Good communication and organisational skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and supporting the school community
