Counter Balance Driver

We are currently recruiting for a Counterbalance Driver to join a leading manufacturing company in Northampton.

Location:

Northampton

SHIFTS & PAY RATES

Monday
- Friday, 7am- 4pm

Paying £13.39/hour

£20.09/hour (All hours worked after 42.5 hours worked)

Opportunity to secure a permanent role Duties:

Operate Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently to move, load, and unload goods
Support warehouse operations including picking, packing, and general housekeeping
Ensure products are handled carefully and stored correctly
Carry out daily equipment checks and report faults or maintenance issues
Follow all Health & Safety procedures and site policies
Work as part of a team to meet targets and maintain workflow

The ideal candidate must:

Hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift licence
Be physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
Have a strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
Be reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
Be willing to learn and follow warehouse systems and processes
