Site Cleaner
Cleaning & Facilities (Workshop & Yard)
Northampton NN5 | 40 hrs per week | Up to £26,520 per annum

About the Role

This is a hands-on role responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional working environment across both workshop and site facilities.

Key responsibilities include:

* Maintaining cleanliness across offices, workshop areas, and operational spaces

* Keeping external areas (yard, entrances, walkways) clean, safe, and presentable

* Supporting workshop upkeep, including removal of dust, debris, and operational waste

* Carrying out routine and periodic deep cleaning tasks

* Managing and replenishing cleaning supplies and consumables

* Basic maintenance support and waste handling (where appropriate)

* Reporting any defects, hazards, or maintenance issues to management

About You
You take pride in your work and understand the importance of maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment.

What We Look For

* Comfortable working in a practical, physically active role

* Able to work across both indoor and outdoor environments

* Experience in industrial, commercial, or site-based cleaning (preferred)

* Strong attention to detail and high personal standards

* Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks

* Positive attitude and team-oriented approach

* Good communication skills

* Full UK driving licence (preferred)
