Part-Time Cleaner (Permanent)

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Hours:

On average 15 hours per week

Shifts:

Monday–Friday, 06:30–09:30

Requirement:
Enhanced DBS with child barring required

We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time Cleaner to join our team at Northampton College, Booth Lane. This role is key to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. You will play an important part in ensuring the college is kept to a high standard of cleanliness each day.

• Carrying out general cleaning duties across the college
• Cleaning classrooms, corridors, offices, and communal areas
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting all surfaces
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
  
  Cleaning desks, chairs, and other furniture
• Washing and disinfecting sinks, toilets, and restroom facilities
• Replenishing consumables such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels
• Cleaning doors, windows, and touchpoints as required
• Responding to any immediate cleaning needs or spillages
• Maintaining high hygiene and safety standards at all times

• Reliable with excellent timekeeping
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organisational skills
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable
• Good customer service and communication skills
