Permanent Full-time, 40 hours per week Salary: £31,000 - £35,000 per year + excellent benefits

Your Responsibilities  As a Traffic Management Operative, you will work closely with dedicated maintenance teams, providing essential traffic management support for various projects, including carriageway, footway, and drainage works. This hands-on role is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills while contributing to the enhancement of local road networks.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Conducting traffic management risk assessments to ensure site safety   Reviewing and implementing traffic management arrangements for minor works   Supporting maintenance activities such as hand sweeping, cleaning, and litter picking   Safely loading, unloading, and handling materials and equipment   Collaborating with your team to deliver high-quality maintenance projects   What We’re Looking For  This role is perfect for someone who:
