Warehouse Operative FTC - 6

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our operation at Grange Park, Northampton (NN4 5EL
). This is a 6-month fixed-term contract (until 31st January 2027), with a variety of shift patterns available to suit different preferences:

• 4 on / 4 off

• • 06:00 – 18:00
  • 10:00 – 22:00

• Tuesday to Saturday

• • 06:00 – 14:00
  • 14:00 – 22:00

• Sunday to Thursday

• • 06:00 – 14:00
  • 14:00 – 22:00

Pay, benefits and more:

• A salary of £26,957.84 per annum for employees working a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern
• A salary of £25,116.00 per annum for employees working any 5 days out of 7

• Hourly rate - £14.38 (from 1st October – 31st December)

• Bonus applicable (details TBC) (from 1st October – 31st December)
