Notting Hill Genesis Group is seeking a Repairs Inspector to identify, investigate and resolve damp and mould issues across our homes. You will perform inspections, diagnose causes, specify remedial works and ensure repairs meet required standards, collaborating with residents, contractors and NHG colleagues to maintain safe, healthy homes.
You will also monitor contractor performance, interpret technical information for residents, and contribute to continuous improvement within the Damp & Mould
