Full-Time, Permanent The Opportunity An established manufacturing business is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join its engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term position within a stable production environment, offering strong earning potential, regular overtime, and ongoing development opportunities. Due to the nature of the operation, flexibility is required, with additional overtime and call-out opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities Carrying out electrical and mechanical fault finding on manufacturing equipment (Conveyors, Motors, Gearboxes) Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) Diagnosing and repairing production machinery breakdowns Supporting continuous improvement initiatives Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures Working to maximise plant efficiency and uptime About You Minimum 3 years' experience within a maintenance engineering role Background within manufacturing, production, process, food, packaging, recycling, FMCG, or similar environments Relevant engineering qualifications such as NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent/time served Mechanical, electrical, or multi-skilled maintenance experience Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Interested?
