Trowbridge Town Council is seeking a proactive facilities and estates professional to work with the Director of Estates, Assets & Operational Services. You will manage maintenance of all council buildings, assets and services, ensuring a safe, compliant and welcoming environment for staff and the community.
You will oversee contractor management, health and safety compliance, asset registers, and budget monitoring, planning revenue and capital maintenance to support long-term asset management.
