Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Hotel Services Domestic Team Leader to lead cleaning operations across community sites at Manfield Health Campus (Cynthia Spencer Hospice) in Northampton. This hands-on role requires rota planning, staff supervision, and ensuring compliance with Trust policies.
You must be able to drive between sites and work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00–15:30.
