Cleaning Operative Campus

GXO People Campus is currently recruiting for a Hygiene Operative to join our warehouse team at Grange Park, Northampton
. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a fast-paced operation, helping to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and hygiene across the site.

This is a full-time
, permanent position working 42 hours per week, offering a choice of two shift patterns: 4 on- 4 off: 18:00 - 06:00 or
Monday to Friday: 20:00 - 05:30

• You will be paid £13.07 per hour (inclusive of night shift premium)
• Seasonal pay enhancement: receive an extra £1.50 per hour for all hours worked throughout November and December.

• Carry out daily cleaning tasks across the warehouse, including floors, work areas, offices and communal spaces
• Operate cleaning equipment and machinery safely, such as floor scrubbers, sweepers and vacuum cleaners
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in line with all GXO Health & Safety policies
• Empty bins and dispose of waste correctly, including recycling where required
• Report any maintenance, cleaning or safety concerns to the relevant team

• Excellent customer service and people skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous cleaning or hygiene experience would be advantageous
