Manpower UK is recruiting for a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to oversee a small team on house building estates in Northamptonshire. You will lead grass cutting, strimming, pruning and spraying, ensuring high standards and safe practices on site.
The role is permanent full-time, with 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and seasonal shifts between 6:30am and 4:30pm. A UK driving license and CSCS card are highly desirable. PA1/PA6 licenses are advantageous.
