Preston Step into a leadership role with one of the North West's most respected and long-established Building Services Contractors, delivering high profile projects across aerospace, healthcare, education, and local government. With 200 employees and a turnover exceeding £45 million, they deliver Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems primarily within the commercial sector, serving aerospace, local government, healthcare, and education. We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join the company and to play a key role leading the delivery of projects valued up to £4M, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
