We are a CQC-registered service supporting young people aged 15+ with emotional, behavioural and social difficulties
, moderate learning difficulties

The service is based in a Victorian terraced house located in a quiet residential area in the heart of Northampton. The accommodation is set over four floors and includes:
- Four bedrooms
- Sensory/snug room
- Dining room
- Staff office
- Garden offering a tranquil space for residents
As a Registered Home Manager
, you will be responsible for the overall management of the service, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support for vulnerable young adults. You will lead, motivate, and develop a dedicated staff team while ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding standards.

What You’ll Need to Succeed- Diploma Level 5 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- At least 2 years’ supervisory experience within a supported living home
- Previous experience of managing a home (desirable)
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and legislation
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding
- A confident, energetic, and inspirational leader
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask
