£55,000 - £60,000 + Progression to Director + Training + Company Car + Paid Travel

Are you a Service Manager or similar, with experience managing a team of field service technicians within the Commercial Catering/White goods industry? Do you want the opportunity to lead a team of Engineers within a company currently taking the Commercial Catering Industry by storm, where you can train and mentor a team of Engineers?

In the role you will be handling team management, leading toolbox talks, supporting area managers and communicating with both field engineers and management. You will also be expected to remain flexible to support wider engineering and business initiatives as required, act as the senior technical escalation point for complex service and repair issues, providing clear recommendations and resolutions.

The salary advertised is a guideline for this position. The remuneration offered will be dependent on the extent of your experience, qualifications, and skill set.

The Role
  • Lead a team of field service technicians across the country
  • Liase with both Engineers and Managers
  • Act as the senior technical escalation point for complex service and repair issues, providing clear recommendations and resolutions
  • Remain flexible to support wider engineering and business initiatives as required
The Person
  • Proven experience as a Service Manager
  • Strong technical background in service and repair
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety
  • Experience managing a team of field service technicians
