Site Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Manager based in Northampton. The Site Manager will oversee daily site operations, manage teams, and ensure high standards of cleaning and support services are maintained. Responsibilities include staffing management, quality control, health and safety compliance, staff training, ensuring efficient service delivery, conducting regular site audits, and maintaining client relationships.

• Strong supervisory and team management skills, including delegation, performance management, and team motivation
• Understanding of health and safety regulations, quality control procedures, and compliance standards
• Time-management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship-building skills
• Experience in facilities or cleaning management is highly advantageous
• Ability to work onsite in Northampton and meet clients' expectations in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including email and reporting tools
• Previous experience in a supervisory position within the cleaning or support service industry is beneficial
