DHL, is seeking an experienced First Line Manager to oversee our complex operations in a temperature-controlled, three-chamber warehouse. This is a challenging but rewarding role, perfect for someone with a strong background in warehouse management.

• Performance Monitoring: Assist management by reporting on and monitoring the effectiveness of all warehousing activities and performance metrics in your designated area.
• Team Leadership
  :
  Supervise and coordinateproductivity by clearly communicating job expectations to your 16 direct reports, ensuring that all deadlines are met safely and efficiently while upholding our high standards of excellence.
• Order Tracking
  :
  Utilizeour digital in-house tracking software to monitor and trace orders, ensuring accurate record-keeping and optimal operational efficiency.
• Process Improvement
  :
  Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to improve warehouse performance and productivity.

• Proven experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in a warehouse or logistics environment, particularly in temperature-controlled settings.
• Strong understanding of supply chain practices and warehouse procedures, including storing goods and dispatching orders.
• Experience in preparing and distributing high-volume orders effectively.
• Proficient in logistics software and computer systems,with the ability to analyze data and generate reports.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a track record of training and developing team members.
• Looking for candidates with investigation/disciplinary experience to manager a large team
