Job Title: Exhibition Project Manager - Custom Build

Location: Daventry (Office-based, 5 days per week)

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (DOE)

Disrupt Talent is recruiting on behalf of a highly experienced exhibition and events business based in Daventry.

With over 30 years in the industry, they specialise in delivering high-quality custom build exhibition stands, experiential activations, conferences and live event environments across the UK and internationally.

Their team of designers, project managers and fabricators work collaboratively to deliver creative, impactful solutions, acting as a true extension of their clients' brands. Known for their professional and pragmatic approach, they pride themselves on delivering projects to the highest standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Exhibition Project Manager with a strong background in custom build stands.

You will take full ownership of projects from initial client brief through to on-site installation and breakdown, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to exceptional standards.

• Manage custom build exhibition projects from concept to completion
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines and schedules
• Prepare and review detailed cost estimates and quotations
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal design/production teams
• Oversee logistics, installation and breakdown onsite
• Ensure all health & safety and venue regulations are met
• Maintain clear communication with clients and manage expectations throughout
• Monitor project profitability and control costs effectively

• Minimum 3 years' experience managing custom build exhibition projects
• Proven experience preparing and managing project budgets
• Strong estimating and quoting experience within the exhibition industry
  
  Confident reading technical drawings and floor plans
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of onsite delivery and health & safety requirements
• Full UK driving licence

• Salary between £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
• Office-based role in Daventry (5 days per week)
