We're partnering with a dynamic, fast‑paced organisation in Northamptonshire to appoint an experienced Facilities Manager who thrives on ownership, accountability, and making things happen.
This isn't a desk‑only role. It's a hands‑on leadership position where you'll take full responsibility for facilities, maintenance, compliance, and infrastructure across a busy Head Office, yard, and operational site. If you're equally comfortable reviewing compliance documentation as you are rolling up your sleeves to troubleshoot an issue on site, this could be the role for you.
The OpportunityYou'll lead facilities strategy while staying close to day‑to‑day operations – ensuring the site runs safely, efficiently, and without disruption. From preventative maintenance planning to refurbishment projects, from water and solar metering oversight to MHE/FLT management systems – you'll be at the heart of operational excellence.
Reporting directly to the HSQE Manager and Senior Management Team, you'll play a key role in protecting infrastructure, driving improvements, and maintaining compliance across the board.

We're looking for someone proactive, organised, and solutions‑focused — a natural problem‑solver who takes pride in running a tight ship.
You will have- Proven facilities management experience, ideally within warehousing or distribution
- Strong Health & Safety knowledge (IOSH desirable)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Confidence using systems and technology to monitor performance
- A practical, adaptable, hands‑on approach
- Full UK driving licence
- Hand‑on maintenance or first‑line fault‑finding experience
- Familiarity with CDM regulations

If you're ready to step into a role where no two days are the same – and where your expertise keeps the engine running – we'd love to hear from you.
