An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strategic and commercially astute Financial Director to join a high-growth technology business entering its next phase of expansion. This is more than a traditional finance leadership role: the successful candidate will play a pivotal part in shaping the company’s growth trajectory, partnering closely with the Board to drive performance, scalability, and long-term value creation.

• Lead and evolve the finance function within a fast-scaling environment
• Act as a key strategic partner to the Board
• Deliver robust forecasting, financial modelling, and data‑driven insight
• Oversee cash flow, funding strategy, and investor relationships
• Implement scalable systems, processes, and controls
• Build, mentor, and inspire a high‑performing finance team

• Proven experience within a high‑growth, technology‑led business
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence strategic decisions
• Experience in fundraising, investment rounds, or M&A activity
• A hands‑on leadership style suited to pace and ambiguity
• A recognised accounting qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
