We’re looking for an experienced Operations Engineering Project Manager to oversee and coordinate the installation of complex material‑handling equipment (MHE) within a large‑scale fulfilment environment. You’ll lead full project execution on‑site - from planning and contractor management to safety compliance, reporting, and commissioning. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll be a key player in launching new, cutting‑edge facilities and ensuring they operate at peak performance from day one.

What

You’ll Do
  • Manage access permits and system setup (Rightcrowd/Welcome, BOLT)
  • Coordinate RAMS, PtW, and all required safety approvals
  • Arrange technical certifications (IOQ, SWEH)
  • Validate utilities and infrastructure needs
  • Plan logistics for equipment delivery and installation
  • Work closely with local teams to secure resources and support
Project Execution
  • Lead daily safety briefings and site inductions
  • Coach, guide, and oversee third‑party installation contractors
  • Maintain strong collaboration with on‑site operational teams
  • Track progress, solve technical issues, and manage snag lists (Asana, Quip)
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety standards (BOLT)
  • Oversee equipment testing and commissioning activities
Reporting & Documentation
  • Produce daily progress reports and maintain project tracking systems
  • Co‑lead weekly project meetings
  • Record safety observations and lessons learned
