Salary: up to £55,000 but flexible depending on experience

Non Stop Consulting is working with a small, family owned independent fostering agency that are looking for a new Registered Fostering Manager to join them on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for a strong manager who knows how to stabilise a team and support the agency in achieving an Outstanding Ofsted rating.

The Role

Provide overall leadership, management, and oversight of the agency
Maintain compliance with Ofsted requirements and work towards improving the rating
Ensure the safety, well-being, and positive outcomes of children in care Requirements

Registered with Social Work England
Full UK driving licence
Management experience within fostering services
Experience working with Ofsted and regulatory compliance
